Please note that for a telephone installation customers have a choice of either a

USB phone which costs £20.00,however this means that the PC has to be left on at all times to make and receive calls.

The alternative is using your existing phone without the PC needing to be switched on,this requires an ATA converter ( A device to convert your normal phone to VOIP (Voice over internet Protocol) 

We use one of the best devices on the market which is not cheap at £40 but very reliable.

Your phone system would then work as per the norm,with no prefix numbers required.
